Proceedings under the Workmen’s Compensation Act by Icy D. Fisher, claimant, against the City of Huntington, Indiana, employer, to recover compensation for the death of Isaac Fisher, deceased, employee. From an award granting compensation, the employer appealed, and the Appellate Court attempted to transfer the case to the Supreme Court under § 4-209, Burns’ 1933, § 1364, Baldwin’s 1934.
Case remanded to Appellate Court.
