DALE v. STATE OF INDIANA.

George R. Dale was convicted of a criminal offense, and he appeals. On confession of error by the state, the judgment is reversed. By the court in banc.

The attorney-general has filed herein a confession of error. On such confession, this cause is reversed, with instructions to sustain the motion for a new trial.
