ORDER ACCEPTING RESIGNATION
Comes now Richard L. Levin, an attorney admitted to practice law in this State, and tenders his “Affidavit of Resignation,” pursuant to Ind.Admission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 17.
And this Court, having examined the tendered affidavit in light of the Disciplinary Commission’s investigation pending against Richard L. Levin, now finds that the affidavit meets all the necessary elements of Admis.Disc.R. 23(17), and that Richard L. Levin’s resignation should be accepted.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the resignation of Richard L. Levin is accepted, that he hereby be removed from the Bar of this state, and that the Clerk of this Court strike his name from the Roll of Attorneys. Richard L. Levin must comply with the provisions of Admis.Disc.R. 23(4) in order to become eligible for reinstatement.
The Clerk of this Court is directed to give notice of this Order in accordance with Admis.Disc.R. 23(3)(d), governing disbarment and suspension.
